All payments made to algoTest Analytics for our subscription services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. We offer a 15-day free trial to allow users to fully evaluate our services before committing to a paid plan.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle (either monthly or annually). To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at hello@algotest.online.
3. No Refunds for Early Termination
If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of your billing term, you will be responsible for all charges incurred for the entire subscription term. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months or years of service, upgrades/downgrades, or for months unused with an open account.
